1st Course – Appetizer
Two plump gulf shrimp hand-breaded with shredded coconut, deep fried to perfection and served with our signature 808 sauce
SPAM Musubi (1)
White rice seasoned with furikake and topped with seared SPAM then wrapped in nori. Garnished with green onion and soy ginger reduction.
2nd Course – Entrée
Choice of two (2) proteins served with white or brown rice and Mac Salad. Protein choices: Chicken Katsu, beef patty w/ gravy, Kalua Pork, Huli-Huli Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Tempura fried Fish of the Day, Seared SPAM, Tuna Poke, Salmon Poke, or Spicy Tuna Poke.
Pineapple Island Stir Fry
Choice of Protein, stir fried with garlic, broccoli, edamame, red onion, red pepper and Huli-Huli sauce, topped with fresh pineapple salsa and served over your choice of white or brown rice. Protein Choices: Kalua Pork, Huli-Huli Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Seared SPAM, or Vegan Chik’n.
3rd Course – Dessert
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
House baked pineapple cake served upside down on top of sweet and savory baked pineapple and drizzled with a dark rum-pineapple reduction, topped with whipped cream
Hawaiian Butter Cake
From scratch Hawaiian butter cake baked to perfection and frosted with a Li Hing Mui ginger frosting.
